Job Description

NorBella Savage , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Director of Health Services to join our growing team! NorBella Savage is located in Savage, MN, just off Egan Drive next to a nice residential neighborhood and community park. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Schedule:
Monday- Friday Wage:
$85,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience, and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Oversee the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments. Assist with hiring nursing staff, oversee the provision of orientation and training, and retain qualified staff to carry out nursing and assisted living programs and services. Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population. Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers. Evaluate current and potential residents to determine and maintain facility's ability to provide the appropriate level of care. Manage clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse. A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Mus t be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
