Job Overview Seeking passionate, professional RN for our Clinical Nurse Supervisor role in our well-established, hometown assisted living facility. This vital role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care to our family of residents. The ideal candidate has a dedication to nursing excellence, enjoys a team management approach, and helps foster a compassionate environment for patients and staff alike. - Oversee the creation and ongoing management of resident care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervise caregiving staff to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and resident well-being with the support of the LALD.
- Provide mentorship, training and support for dedicated caregiving staff.
- Collaborate with resident families, area caseworkers, guardians, and social workers to promote a person-centered approach to care.
- Oversee all infection control protocols.
- Work closely with entire team while enjoying a flexible working environment.
- Must hold a valid RN license with current registration in the State of Minnesota.
