JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager the assistant manager supports daily operations for his/her assigned department(s) including the delivery of safe/quality patient care and colleague support. The assistant manager models the commitment to Saint Francis Healthcare's mission/vision/values.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education Associate's degree in nursing

• required Licenses/Certifications Nursing License in the state of Missouri
• Required BLS
• Required NRP
• Required PALS
• Required within 6 months of start date Experience Three (3) years NICU experience
• to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team
