Responsibilities include:

Oversee and coordinate the care of our residents Auditing patient charts for compliance Attending IDT meetings Attending and preparing for compliance meetings On Call rotations Qualifications include: Must have a RN (Registered Nurse,) license in MO Pleasant attitude Excellent communication skills Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills Supervisory experience preferred Long term care experience preferred Able to Work Well With Others in a Team Environment Must be Organized, able to multi-task and computer literate "Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the applicable federal and state civil rights laws, it is the policy of Rocky Mountain Care, LLC and its affiliates and managed entities (together hereafter referred to as "RMC"), to provide reasonable accommodation when requested by a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship.
