Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' health and report changes to the clinical team Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered with excellence and safety Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required) Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program (Required) Current CPR/BLS certification (Required) Long-term care or rehab nursing experience (Preferred but not required) Strong teamwork and communication skills
