Job Responsibilities:
Maintain open and ongoing communication with the Charge Nurse regarding resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition within the assigned work area Participate in shift-to-shift reporting by giving and receiving accurate updates on resident status during handoff with oncoming and off-going staff Record resident weights, vital signs, and other required clinical data accurately and in a timely manner Complete documentation of resident care information, including charting tasks delegated by the Charge Nurse and monthly summaries as assigned Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, coordinated care and support across all departmentsPay & Benefits:
