Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated RN/LPN Charge Nurse for the DAY SHIFT, where you will lead and coordinate nursing care within a vibrant, patient-centered environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, and support your team of healthcare professionals. Your leadership will foster a positive atmosphere that promotes safety, efficiency, and compassionate service for individuals across various care settings. Responsibilities Provide expert supervision and coordination of nursing staff during your shift, ensuring adherence to all clinical standards and protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems. Administer medications and treatments accurately, including injections, IV infusions, and medication management aligned with physician orders and patient needs. Support staff development through coaching on best practices in infection control, aseptic technique, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and other clinical procedures.
