Director of Psychiatric Services (Adult |Geriatric Psychiatry) Registered Nurse- Monett, Missouri We are seeking a Director of Psychiatric Services for a well-respected facility working on the Adult |Geriatric Units. This individual would be required to have experience as an RN, Charge RN working in Psychiatry. This position is highly visible with tremendous growth potential and career path development. The Director will work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. The Base salary is $85,000-$125,000 (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, CEU allowance and 401k with match as well as $5,000 in relocation assistance. Requirements Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or Current Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse licensure as a Nurse Practitioner according to MO State Board of Nursing. Applied Physical Training (APT) certification within six months. Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. Master's degree Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration Preferred. APT preferred, but not required. Job Summary Works independently as a Director to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate the clinical functions of the Adult|Geriatric Behavioral Health units. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate working jointly with administration, physicians, and staff; develop the departmental mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, services, and capital and operational budgets, and approve policies and procedures. There are about 80 including PRN staff.
