Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque, 96 acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process. For more than 120 years we've cared for the emotional health of Kansas City's children and families. Today we offer one of the area's most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Luke's Health System. We are currently seeking a full time mid shift
Clinical Coordinator:
Assist with the Hospital and Residential Nurse Manager in supervising planning organizing directing and coordinating the day to day operation of the unit including all personal related aspects of the department. Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership independent judgement and decision making skills. The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects. The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff (RNs and BHTs) in the department. Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment. Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs. Must have a bachelors degree and be a RN in the state of MO. Schedule is Monday
  • Friday with an occasional day on the weekend.
Job Requirements Applicable Experience:
1 year Basic Life Support
  • American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse
  • Various Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree
