Weekend LPN/RN Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse Administer medications and follow physician orders Monitor and document patient conditions (skin, nutrition, weight, infections, etc.) Complete accurate charting and incident reports Assist with admissions, discharges, and room changes Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines

Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license (Missouri) Current BLS/CPR certification Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
