The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Be the go-to leader during shifts-supporting nursing units, managing patient placement, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. You'll collaborate with ED, inpatient, and outpatient teams to keep patient flow efficient and safe. As the Administrative Supervisor, you'll oversee staffing, admissions, and act as the leadership representative when others are off-site.
What We're Looking For:
RN License in Missouri 3-5 years hospital experience Leadership experience preferred (Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Supervisor)
BLS & ACLS
