Accepting resumes for a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our skilled nursing team to care for Elders in a retirement community setting.

Full-Time Work Week:

Monday -

Friday Overnight Shift:

11p-7a

What You'll Do:

Deliver and coordinate person-centered nursing care in accordance with each Elder's care plan Supervise and support CNAs and direct care team members Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor resident health, administer medications, and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance and provide calm, confident care in all situations

What You'll Bring:

Current LPN/RN license (Mississippi) Compassion, dependability, and a genuine heart for service Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred Strong leadership and teamwork skills
