Daily Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during the night shift Oversee shift operations including staff assignments, patient care delivery, and emergency response Monitor residents' conditions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans Conduct shift change reports and communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in care plan meetings as needed Address concerns from residents, families, and staff in a professional and timely manner Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in the state of Mississippi CPR certification (preferred) Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$31.50 - $34.50 per hour
