About the role Highgate Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-driven Manor Coordinator to lead our resident care team in Billings, Montana. This leadership role supports personalized resident care, team development, family communication, and a warm community experience for residents and families. What you'll do- Oversee resident care and service delivery within the Manor neighborhood
- Develop and update individualized service plans
- Participate in resident assessments and move-ins
- Ensure resident preferences, routines, dignity, and aging-in-place goals are honored
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and support Care Partners
- Maintain staffing schedules and coverage
- Provide performance feedback and accountability
- Support ongoing training and leadership development
- Maintain proactive communication with residents and families
- Facilitate family meetings and care discussions
- Respond promptly to concerns and service needs
- Partner with healthcare providers, department leaders, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and Highgate policies
- Monitor labor and overtime budgets
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings
- Maintain quality assurance standards
- Support community programming and resident engagement Skills & attributes

- Strong communication and follow-through
- Organized approach to staffing, care coordination, and documentation
- Ability to coach team members with professionalism and accountability
- Comfortable partnering with families, residents, providers, and community leaders
- Steady judgment in a fast-paced senior living environment Relatable experience
- Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare
- Experience supervising caregivers, Care Partners, or resident care teams
- Experience with dementia care or memory care support
- Scheduling, staffing, or care coordination experience
- Experience supporting resident assessments, service plans, or family care discussions Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call support
- Ability to meet state requirements and Highgate standards for resident care leadership
- Ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and document care-related information accurately
