Why This Role Matters As an Acute Care Nurse Supervisor, you'll lead and manage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional patient care andpliance with Critical Access hospital standards. Your leadership will directly influence patient oues and team success. What You'll Do Lead the Team Create shift assignments, monitor unit functions, and support staff to ensure quality care. Coordinate Care Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers. Departments Include ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, as well as Transitional Care Drive Excellence Evaluate care quality, mentor staff, and foster professional development. Respond with Confidence Recognize and act on critical changes in patient condition, initiate emergency care, and coordinate rapid response. Provide Patient Care Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed, including assessments, medication administration, and interventions. Ensure patient safety,fort, and dignity while supporting the interdisciplinary plan of care. Engage Beyond the Unit Participate inmittees, projects, and staff education initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience; leadership experience preferred. Education Current RN license in Montana (orpact license); BSN preferred. Skills Strong leadership,munication, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Certifications All applicable RN certifications required; national certification encouraged.
