As a Nurse Supervisor Medical Oncology, this position reports to an Oncology Nursing Manager with direct collaboration alongside a Director of Cancer Services, enjoying strong administrative backing for safe staffing models, balanced workloads, and clinician well-being; the Nurse Supervisor Medical Oncology will oversee daily operations and patient throughput, mentor and precept staff, facilitate competency validation and education, support regulatory readiness and accreditation standards, drive process improvement and shared governance initiatives, and partner closely with a friendly nursing cohort and a diverse healthcare professional team—including physicians, APPs, pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, nutrition, and social work—so that every patient receives seamless, coordinated care.
