Work Certified Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff and Nursing Assistants Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans Assist with assessments, admissions, and resident care oversight Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary departments Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with clinical documentation, incident follow-up, and staff support
Qualifications:
Current, active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
