LPN/RN Supervisor Evening Shift

LPN/RN Supervisor - Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) The Greens at Gastonia The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Supervisor for the evening shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and supporting a strong team in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation Supervise and support day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the physician Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Nursing degree from an accredited program Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license Current CPR certification At least one year of experience in long-term care preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
