The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, team management, and healthcare systems, with a commitment to delivering high-quality medical services. As a Clinical Manager, you will coordinate daily clinical activities, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote an environment of continuous improvement. This role offers an opportunity to lead a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes across diverse care settings. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices in patient care. Supervise nursing staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Coordinate patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Manage medical records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, and nurse practitioners. Implement infection control procedures and maintain aseptic techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Eclinicalworks is a plus. Demonstrated leadership in supervising nursing teams within an outpatient setting. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for procedures. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs measurement and physical examinations.
