Position Summary The Clinical Lead (RN) serves as a key resource for the clinical team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role works closely with the Nurse Manager and physicians to coordinate workflow, provide guidance to staff, and promote adherence to clinical standards and best practices. The Clinical Lead also plays an important role in staff support, training, and maintaining a positive, patient-centered environment.
