Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow for the assigned unit Supervise and support nursing staff, CNAs, and clinical team members Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Assist with admissions, discharges, and overall resident care coordination Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Support infection control, quality measures, and survey preparedness initiatives

Qualifications:
