RN Clinical Supervisor (PRN) Serenity at Heart Raleigh, NC Job Details Part-time $45 - $50 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification RN License CPR Home care Nursing Full Job Description Position Overview The RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for conducting initial client assessments, supervisory visits, and periodic reassessments to ensure quality care and compliance with agency standards and Medicaid requirements. This nurse will play a key role in maintaining clinical oversight and supporting caregivers in the field. Responsibilities Conduct initial client assessments to determine care needs Develop and update individualized care plans Perform quarterly supervisory visits and reassessments for active clients Monitor and evaluate the quality of care being delivered by caregivers Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff Review caregiver documentation for accuracy and compliance Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed Identify and report changes in client condition Assist with clinical training or skills validation when necessary Ensure compliance with agency policies and Medicaid standards Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina Minimum 2 years nursing experience required Home health or home care experience strongly preferred Experience conducting patient assessments and care planning Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Reliable transportation for field visits Current CPR certification Ability to pass background screening What We're Looking For We are seeking a nurse who is: Experienced in patient assessments Comfortable working independently in the community Organized and detail-oriented Professional in communication with clients and staff •Knowledgeable about home care standards and compliance Schedule Flexible schedule based on assessment and supervisory visit needs.
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
