Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina At least 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment
