Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager | Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a contract assignment at a leading long-term care and rehabilitation center in Siler City, North Carolina . Up to $63/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay:
Up to $2,520/week based on 40 guaranteed hours Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned unit Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Monitor resident outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Manage admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and support staff to optimize resident care Requirements Active North Carolina RN license or compact RN license Previous experience as an RN Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nurse Supervisor preferred Recent long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience required Current BLS certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality measures in long-term care Why You'll Love This Opportunity Consistent Monday-Friday schedule No rotating shifts Competitive weekly pay Leadership opportunity within a collaborative care environment Guaranteed 40 hours per week BI01
