Full-Time Overnight Supervisor Weekend Premium. Baylor Supervisor Role Saturday & Sunday $10.00
Shift Diff Per Hour What You'll Do:
✔ Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions ✔ Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) ✔ Ensure high-quality care delivery across the facility ✔ Implement nursing policies and procedures ✔ Lead, mentor, and engage your team ✔ Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams ✔ Drive employee engagement and teamwork across shifts What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Active compact/multi-state or NC RN License Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
REQUIRED
