  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts + Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams + Help develop and implement patient care policies, procedures, and best practices + Monitor patient care delivery and ensure quality standards are met + Coach, mentor, and support staff through performance feedback and development + Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and day-to-day operations + Step in to provide direct patient care when needed + Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes •Qualifications•+ Active RN license + BLS certification required + ACLS certification required within one year of hire + CRRN certification required once eligible + Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred + Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient nursing experience + Previous leadership experience with responsibility for staff oversight, problem-solving, and operational decision-making If you're looking for a leadership opportunity where you can continue caring for patients while helping guide and develop a team, we'd love to connect with you.
