UNIT MANAGER
(RN/LPN) Bedford Hills Center Bedford Hills Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse leader to oversee clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care.
LPN Unit Manager:
$87,500 - $98,000
RN Unit Manager:
$107,500 - $119,000
Position Status:
Exempt Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned unit Ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff Conducting resident assessments and care plan reviews Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination Supporting infection prevention and risk management efforts
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
