Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Manager
  • Trauma Program for an exciting Travel or Local job in Manchester, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and cost-effective trauma care system Coordinate trauma patient care activities under the direction of the Trauma Medical Director Serve as liaison between hospital and EMS, Fire Services, Ambulance Services, and Police Departments Build and maintain relationships with EMS Medical Directors and New Hampshire State Trauma authorities Develop and update trauma program policies and procedures based on best practices and NH trauma directives Conduct review and evaluation of trauma patient records and maintain trauma registry documentation Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans Coordinate preparation for Statewide and American College of Surgeons trauma designation site visits Respond to trauma team activations during working hours and provide clinical guidance Assist ED Physician Director with resource hospital initiatives Oversee QA and compliance for
NH TEMSIS
Patient Care Reporting system Maintain current trauma knowledge through continuing education, certifications, and conferences
Qualifications:
Education:
Nursing Degree required BSN required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of recent trauma patient care experience in acute care setting required
Licensure & Certifications:
