This role combines clinical leadership, direct nursing support, staff supervision, and cross department collaboration to ensure excellent client care and efficient medical operations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for nursing and medical assistant staff supporting psychiatric services. Conduct individual and group supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing clinical support. Deliver direct nursing care, including long-acting injectable medication coordination, refills, and prior authorizations (approximately 10% of time). Ensure medication reconciliation for 95% of hospital discharges and process 90% of refill requests within two business days. Complete documentation within three business days of service delivery. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support integrated care delivery. Provide clinical oversight and guidance to health mentors within the InSHAPE wellness program. Serve as Infection Control Nurse and participate in agency wide risk management initiatives, including annual trainings and flu clinics. Act as research coordinator and liaison for Dartmouth research projects, supporting contracts and invoicing. Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. 1-2 years of nursing or clinical leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric medications and safe administration of intramuscular injections. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong leadership, team building, and collaboration skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage competing priorities.
