PM Salary:

Up to $100,000 annually

RN:

Up to $110,000 annually (Based on experience) Join Our Leadership Team Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. Key Responsibilities Support the DON and ADON in daily nursing operations and unit oversight Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and control overtime Address and resolve staff and resident concerns, escalating when appropriate Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed Participate in quality assurance initiatives, care plan meetings, and committees Provide clinical guidance, training, and hands-on support to staff Oversee MDS completion and assist with discharge planning Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the State of New Jersey Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred Long-term care experience strongly preferred Benefits & Perks Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive Medical & Dental Insurance Employee Recognition Programs Company Perks & Discounts Supportive, team-oriented work environment Make an Impact If you're a compassionate leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and inspiring a team, we'd love to hear from you.
