$100k-$110k/year Qualifications for Wellness Director (RN): A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current NJ nursing license (RN) in good standing Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care supervisory experience is required. Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care, etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations, and company standards. Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensures that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels.
