As an RN Clinical Manager, your day may look like this: Conduct new client admissions and open new cases Perform skills training with new hires and annual competencies for home health aides Support field staff with clinical oversight and development Help ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care Collaborate with the clinical and office teams on scheduling and client needs If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this could be your perfect fit: RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus Passion for mentoring and staff development Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule Supervisory experience preferred Ability to travel throughout

$85,000
