Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's Degree and graduate of an accredited RN program Minimum of 3 years psychiatric experience and 1 year in a leadership capacity Completes mandatory educational requirements for position and maintains professional licenses and certifications Seeks opportunities for professional self-development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

MSN Degree.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Valid Driver's License from a USA state AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 90 days of entering position

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

Psychiatric - Mental Health Nursing or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification IV Therapy
