RN MDS Coordinator Complete Care Harborage•

North Bergen, NJ Shift:

Full-time 1st

Shift Salary:

up to $90,000/year based on experience and licensure

RN MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee the MDS process for accuracy and compliance ✔️ Experience with CMS strongly preferred. ✔️ Coordinate assessments and care plans for residents ✔️ Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes ✔️ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

RN MDS Coordinator Qualifications:
