RN/ LPN Unit Manager Complete Care Harborage (North Bergen, NJ)
Hours:
Full time, morning shift (NO WKND Requirements and NO On-Call Requirements!)
Salary:
105,000•110,000/ year (based on experience and licensure)

RN/LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities :
Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by: monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process for residents Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by
Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator RN/LPN Unit Manager Requirements :
Unencumbered active New Jersey RN or LPN license 2+ years of experience in long term care Proficient in PCC Experience as a Unit Manager in LTC Prior experience in managing staff preferred
