Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. The RN Supervisor oversees clinical care during assigned shifts,ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a postive, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise and support LPN's, CNA's, and nusing staff. . Conduct clinical rounds and respond to changes in resident condition. . Ensure accurate documentation, incident follow-up and care plan updates. . Promote compliance with infection control, safaty, and facility policies. . Communciate effecitvely with residents, familes, provides, and the IDT. . Ensure nursing practices align with state/federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of care. . Participarte in audits, QAPI initiatives, and performace improvement activities . Review and follow up on incident reports, ensuring corrective actions and documentation are completed. . Maintain rediness for survey processed by ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to care standards. . Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that supports teamwork and resident satisfaction. . Provide timely updates to the

regarding significant resident changes , staffing issures or operational concern.

Qualifications:

. Active RN license in good standing. . 1-2 years of nursing experience (LTC/subacute peferred) . Prior chage nurse or supervisor experience strongly preferred. . Strong assesment, leadeership and communication skills.
