Oculus Health Staffing is currently looking for Registered Nurse

• Supervisor in our Old Bridge, NJ Facility!

$45.00/hour 7am-3pm

Facilitates efficient operations by providing direction, guidance,and counseling to staff.

• Solicits input from physicians, manager, and staff. Responsible for assuring customer/patient service needs are met. Monitors patient service feedback and works with physicians and Manager in the resolution of complaints and service issues.
• Provides contact and follow-up with the staff and manager with the ability to communicate current information and organization changes / happenings.
• Coordinates tasks and assists in the creation of business plan for assigned area in cooperation with Manager, and physicians.
• Works with Manager, HR, and physicians on hiring and coaching, development, discipline and firing
• (when necessary) of staff according to established guideline.
• Maintains highest level of confidentiality in regards to internal proprietary information and
• patient information Develops strong inter-department teamwork and empowerment to meet the needs of the staff,
• patients and physicians.
• Works with Manager to supervise appropriate staffing ratios and overtime. Supports and promotes a positive role model and image with vendors, patients, staff, managers and physicians. Follows all required regulatory and legal compliance related to confidentiality, safety, (HIPAA, OSHA, etc)
• May be responsible for other tasks in assigned area, such as materials coordination, and staff training.
• Qualifications License & registration Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing CPR/BLS certification Other needed documents will be sent over after the initial interview with a talent acquisition specialist.
