Part-Time:
11p-7a, every other weekend
Salary Range:
LPN starting at $46/hr and RN starting at $48/hr (based on expereince & license) Comfortable staffing ratios! FUN and friendly work atmosphere - GREAT leadership team!
Responsibilities of Nurse Supervisor:
Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided. Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels. Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care. Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care. Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education. Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department. Qualifications for
Nurse Supervisor:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ. 2 years of experience in skilled nursing care required 1 year of supervisory/management experience required.
