The Unit Manager will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and support a positive and efficient clinical environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit Coordinate and oversee resident care and clinical operations Monitor resident conditions, medications, treatments, and documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing standards Complete accurate EMR documentation and care planning Provide resident and family support and education as needed Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in NJ Previous nursing leadership or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with EMR documentation systems preferred Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
