Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and services Manage and coordinate the work of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Collaborate with the RN Director to develop and implement unit goals and objectives Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities Provide guidance and support to new employees and students Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts, incident reports, and staff performance evaluations

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Previous experience as a Unit Manager preferred Nurse License (LPN) required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN; experience as a Unit Manager or Charge Nurse preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
