This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to compliance and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily resident care activities Develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA Oversee case management processes to optimize resident outcomes Train and support staff on clinical procedures, including catheterization and tube feeding Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records such as Epic Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance dementia and memory care services Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Strong leadership and supervisory experience Experience in long-term care, memory care, or assisted living preferred Knowledge of physiology and clinical best practices Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes Preferred Skills & Experience Dementia and memory care expertise Case management and care coordination experience IV insertion and clinical procedural skills Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance Background in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living environments Basic Life Support (BLS) certification At Preferred Care, your leadership matters.
