Job Summary:

Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager (RCM) for our night shift . This position plays a vital leadership role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for our residents. The RCM provides direct nursing care, oversees Licensed Nurses and CNAs, and ensures adherence to care standards and facility policies.

Essential Functions:

Administer prescribed qmedications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Observe and assess residents, document significant conditions and reactions, and promptly notify supervisors, physicians, and families of any changes. Monitor vital signs and assess resident conditions to identify deviations from normal. Support, guide, and hold nursing staff accountable for compliance with state, federal, and facility policies. Update and adjust care plans, ADL documentation, and aide flow sheets to reflect changes in resident condition.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Required:

Current RN licensure in the state of employment. Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
