Supervises nursing and support staff during assigned shifts and ensures safe, quality care. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex. Education:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Certifications:

Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
