Job Description

FULL TIME NOC
Pay DOE and licensure. Sunset Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Nurse Supervisor /Charge Nurse to lead and support our Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care team. Requirements & Qualifications Active RN license or LPN with IV CERT in NV. Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience , preferably in SNF or Post-Acute Care Prior leadership or supervisory experience in nursing preferred Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and nursing documentation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff effectively Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing team, including RNs, LVNs, and CNAs Ensure delivery of resident-centered, high-quality care Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations , including quality and safety standards Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development and training Review and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally Lead quality improvement initiatives and assist with surveys and audits Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation) Ability to perform essential supervisory and nursing duties, including occasional patient care Ability to manage the physical, mental, and emotional demands of supervising staff and caring for medically complex residents We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Pay:
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour
