Manager of Nursing - Trauma ICU Lead with purpose. Elevate critical care. Inspire teams when it matters most. Position Overview As the Manager of Nursing for our Trauma ICU , you'll lead at the heart of high-acuity care-where clinical excellence, rapid decision-making, and compassionate leadership come together to save lives every day. You'll oversee 24/7 unit operations, empower your team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, and drive a culture rooted in safety, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing ICU nursing team. Create an environment where nurses feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
Drive Clinical Excellence:
Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, high-quality care aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
Own Operations:
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and daily operations for a fast-paced Trauma ICU, balancing quality outcomes with cost-effective care. Be a
Change Agent:
Champion innovation, process improvement, and a learning culture that continuously advances patient care.
Collaborate Across Disciplines:
Partner closely with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and elevate patient experience.
Develop Talent:
Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development of nursing staff.
