RN Supervisor:
Oversee all facility operations during assigned shift Respond to resident emergencies and provide clinical leadership in real time Supervise nursing staff, including assignments and performance support Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs and coverage decisions Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality care Review and complete documentation (incident reports, shift reports, audits) Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives Collaborate with Nursing Administration as needed Requirements for an
RN Supervisor:
Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or bachelor's in nursing preferred Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Preferred:
long-term care or developmental disabilities experience At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Benefits for St.
