Position Overview The RN Nurse Supervisor oversees clinical operations to ensure excellent patient care and regulatory compliance. This leader mentors field staff, coordinates patient services, and works closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides Conduct in-home visits and case conferences to assess patient needs Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CHHA regulations Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the care team Provide training, evaluations, and performance feedback to staff Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families Qualifications Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1-2 years of home health or supervisory nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Flexible day schedule (Monday-Friday) Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing professional development opportunities
