Immediate Hiring | Interim Director of Nursing (DON) One of our New York clients is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.

Weeks Schedule:

40 Hours/Week | Primarily 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexibility Required)

On-Call:

Required Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements Supervise nursing staff and promote high standards of resident care Support staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations Lead quality improvement and survey readiness initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive resident outcomes Address clinical concerns and provide guidance to nursing leadership and staff Maintain a resident-centered approach to care delivery Qualifications Active RN License required Current BLS Certification required Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, regulatory, and operational management skills Ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing leader seeking a high-impact interim assignment with a respected long-term care organization.
