This leadership position requires a compassionate individual with a strong clinical background and excellent management skills. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing home setting and a passion for supporting both patients and staff. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $5000 to qualified candidate. Duties Supervise nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Manage daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide training, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure proper utilization of resources and adherence to clinical guidelines. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization review processes. Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Current RN license in the state of New York. Proven experience in critical care, long-term care, or sub-acute care settings. Familiarity with PCC EMR system Experience in supervising nursing staff or managing teams is highly desirable. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient assessments and medical records management.
