Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Highfield Gardens Care Center of Great Neck. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote excellence in patient care. Registered Nurse (RN)
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and facility policies Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to promote excellence in patient care Conduct regular assessments of patient care and develop individualized care plans Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care Monitor and report any changes in patient status or concerns Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports Registered Nurse (RN)
Supervisor Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York Prior experience as a Registered Nurse Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills How to
